This course addresses Agile processes and skills for successful project management and cross-functional activities and is aligned to the Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP.) Agile is widely employed in computer information and technology environments to achieve business goals and outcomes. Topics include methodology, stakeholder engagement, estimating and planning, team performance, project tracking and change management.
