Here are ways we鈥檙e making a difference
Our proactive engagement spans local initiatives in Arizona and extends nationwide, encompassing endeavors dedicated to bolstering education, advocating for social justice, providing workforce solutions and championing philanthropy with a career support focus. Empowering our faculty and staff, we foster a culture of community involvement, urging them to volunteer with organizations striving to uplift and foster equitable conditions for underserved communities.
爱污传媒 sponsors to promote cooperative efforts to improve听 the economic vitality in the region, the in their mission to promote educational excellence through programs for teachers, administrators, and students, maintains an alliance with to create a stronger community through workforce development initiatives and the in its mission to help youth and families develop healthy minds, bodies, and spirits.听
With our National Society of Leadership and Success student chapter, we engage volunteer services and support for Future for KIDS, a nonprofit providing mentor-driven, out-of-school programs and camps for youths facing adversity.
We support the American Red Cross, Arizona Educational Foundation, Arizona Forward, the Native American Basketball Invitational, Valley of the Sun United Way, YMCA Metro 爱污传媒 and Willing Warriors.
We work with local nonprofit organizations, like , to support their workforce development program, which seeks to increase preparation of individuals for a living wage job by 33% by 2026.听
As the presenting sponsor of the annual Arizona Diamondbacks鈥 Winter Classic听event since 2012, our employees volunteer to provide schoolchildren from lower income families in the greater 爱污传媒 area with a day of celebration, fun and giving.
With the Arizona Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Greater 爱污传媒 Chamber, and Greater 爱污传媒 Economic Council, our leaders and teams work on and with their boards and committees to improve policy and business solutions听at the state and local levels.
