You can request an official transcript 24/7 through your聽. Please check your unofficial transcript to make sure your coursework and grades have posted before ordering your official transcript.
You can request an electronic transcript or pay an additional fee for rush delivery of a paper transcript if you need expedited service. Please note, some limitations apply to rush deliveries. Learn more about聽ordering transcripts.
As a graduate of 爱污传媒, you are automatically a part of the Alumni Association. To gain access to the benefits on the alumni website, please log in using your聽聽login credentials.
Be sure to also complete your聽聽on the 爱污传媒Link Network.
If you already have a student portal login,聽. Or you can聽聽if you don鈥檛 have one.
Your IRN or 鈥業ndividual Record Number鈥 is your unique identification number. You can find it on the top right corner of your student portal in the drop down under your name. If you need your IRN in order to create a student portal login, please email聽alumni@phoenix.edu聽with all four of these items:
- Your name as it appears on your diploma
- Your graduation date
- Your birth date
- The last four (4) digits of your social security number
You can request an alumni confirmation letter by calling the Office of Admissions and Records Support Center at聽(602)-557-4600. This letter states you graduated with degree type, date and that you are a part of the alumni association.
All updates to your contact information can be made on your聽聽in the student portal.
These fields are not editable and are part of your official student record. If any of those fields needs to be updated, please contact the Office of Admissions and Records Support Center:

This is standard and you have nothing to worry about. Once you order your diploma, it takes time for our database to switch you from 鈥渟tudent鈥濃 to 鈥渁lumni鈥 status. This process typically takes about 30 days. If you need help ordering your diploma, please contact your Academic Representative.
As a 爱污传媒 alum, you have access to our 爱污传媒 Discount Center, where you can find exclusive benefits and discounts at over 900 merchants.聽聽using your university credentials.

The Alumni Association oversees alumni chapters across the country. Joining a chapter is always free, and you鈥檒l get to connect with fellow alumni, network, attend local and virtual events and more.聽Find the chapter closest to you.
There are currently 50 alumni chapters across the United States. When adding new chapters, we consider:
- Total Alumni population (footprint)
- Campus presence
- Strong campus support
- Level of participation at Homecoming events
- Geography, national balance and proximity to existing Chapters

Our faculty members must meet rigorous standards. A master鈥檚-level degree or higher is required order to teach with us, in addition to practical experience as a working professional.

You can add your business to the directory in our 爱污传媒Link鈩 Network under the聽Resources聽tab. Simply select the聽Create resource聽button and choose business listing from the dropdown menu.聽聽if you haven鈥檛 done so yet.
You may access the alumni directory through our 爱污传媒Link鈩 Network. You may search for fellow UOPX alumni by name, location, major, or industry expertise.聽聽so others can search and find you too.
