Tuition Waivers: Employees and family members
Earn and learn at °®ÎÛ´«Ã½! We provide a very generous program to our full-time and part-time employees that waives tuition for covered University coursework. All eligible family members can earn a degree and become members of our °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ alumni, which is over 1,000,000 people strong.

Our employees have identified our benefits as one of the top things that make us a great place to work! We offer a wide range of coverage options through our Healthcare Exchange so you have the medical, dental, and vision choices to make smart and cost-effective healthcare decisions.
We care about keeping your healthcare costs to a minimum, which is why we offer Health Spending Accounts (HSAs) and/or Flexible Spending Accounts. (FSAs). These accounts offset out-of-pocket expenses by enabling you to pay with pre-tax dollars.
Saving for Retirement
Our 401(k) plan comes with a company match. As a newly hired employee, you are automatically enrolled in our plan at a contribution rate of 5%. We also offer a variety of low-expense investments and both pre-tax 401(k) and post-tax Roth 401(k) options.
Your "Me Time"
Spend time with family, rest and recharge, or attend to personal and family matters! Our time off program includes vacation, holidays, sick time, bereavement time, jury duty, parental leave, and time off to vote or to participate in your children’s school activities. We even offer employees up to 16 hours annually to volunteer in community charity events.
Paid Community Service Leave
We believe giving back to our communities is both a privilege and an honor. That’s why we give our employees 16 hours of paid Community Service Leave time each year to volunteer for causes important to them. The University also sponsors a range of annual fund-raising and volunteer events. In 2017, our employees logged nearly 37,000 volunteer hours.

Balance and well-being for you and your family is supported through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which provides resources for personal and work-related issues to help you be your best at work and at home. Our EAP is provided at no charge and is available to you 24/7 by telephone. This confidential program can provide the needed support for navigating life’s challenges.

Family is priceless and that’s why we support adoptive parents. We offer financial assistance up to $5,000 per adoption to help offset legal and court costs, adoption agency fees and any applicable travel expenses.
Life &Â Disability
Income protection while you work is provided by our basic life insurance and short-term disability insurance at no cost to full-time employees. Eligible employees can purchase additional life insurance for themselves, their spouse and their dependent children. We also give you the option to purchase additional short-term and long-term disability coverage as well as AD&D or Long Term Care insurance coverage.

Transparency in coverage - Cigna
Cigna has made  available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule. You can access negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
