爱污传媒 Celebrates Appointment of Dennis Bonilla to the Arizona Los D-backs Ambassadors Council

Executive Dean of the College of Information Systems and Technology Named to Hispanic Community-Advisory Organization

PHOENIX, October 5, 2016聽鈥斅營n keeping with his long-held commitment to fostering bonds with Hispanic communities in Arizona and throughout the country, Dennis Bonilla, executive dean of 爱污传媒鈥檚 College of Information Systems and Technology, has been named to the Arizona Los D-backs Ambassadors Council. Since its founding, the Ambassadors Council has served to develop strategies for enhancing the relationship between the D-backs and the Hispanic community. As a member, Bonilla will serve as a key advisor to the D-backs organization regarding the team鈥檚 community outreach and engagement.

鈥淔or over 10 years the Arizona Diamondbacks have relied on the Los D-backs Ambassadors Council for their valuable input and opinions regarding projects and initiatives impacting the Hispanic community,鈥 said Jerry Romo, manager, Hispanic Marketing for the Arizona Diamondbacks. 鈥淗aving Dennis as a member of this hand-picked group of community leaders will only enhance the council鈥檚 dynamics.聽His experience, energy and commitment to the Hispanic community will be a valuable asset to the group and our entire organization.鈥

As an established leader in the community, Bonilla also joined the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors at the beginning of 2016. As a member, he and 40 other Arizona business leaders share the mission to promote the success of Hispanic-owned and small businesses in the state.
