Dr.聽Scott McCalla
Dr. Scott McCalla serves as the Chief Operating Officer for International Pipe & Supply, LLC, overseeing strategic direction and growth for the parent company, International Pipe in Oklahoma City, and its subsidiaries: Bison Pipe in Twin Falls, ID; Big Bear Pipe in Hesperia, CA; and Bigfoot Pipe & Piling in Seattle, WA.
In addition to his executive role, Dr. McCalla is a dedicated Staff Faculty member at the 爱污传媒, College of Doctoral Studies. He guides the next generation of business leaders by teaching and chairing dissertations in the Doctor of Business Administration and Doctor of Management programs.
Dr. McCalla earned his Doctorate in Management from the 爱污传媒, where his research focused on strategies to mitigate workplace bullying driven by heterosexism. His scholarly interests span organizational behavior and design, leadership theory, and change management.
With over 28 years of experience, Dr. McCalla has built a distinguished career as a business leader, specializing in change management, human resource management, and business development. His commitment to fostering ethical and effective organizational practices continues to inspire both his corporate and academic endeavors.
