Ion Jauregui is the first external Fellow for the Center for Leadership Studies and organizational research, and represents an international connection for the group.����He is a seasoned Sales Executive and International Business Developer with over 16 years of experience in managing corporate client accounts on a global scale. As the Head of Marketing & Sales, His expertise also extends to modeling consumer profiles and product development, and utilizing advanced technological tools.

Ion’s academic background is impressive, holding multiple degrees from Isabel University out of Burgos, Spain, including a Master in Sales & Marketing Management, a Master in International Commerce, and a Master in Project Management, all with high honors. He also earned an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the Swiss Management Center University and is currently a doctoral student at Università degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi. Throughout his career, Ion has continuously expanded his professional skills through various training programs, including seminars on financial market analysis and risk management, social networks and online media, and 3D modeling and animation. His technical expertise is further highlighted by his certifications in web and graphic design, FX for movies and TV, and computer systems management.

Ion’s leadership and innovative approach have been recognized through his achievements, such as lecturing at the Manager Business Forum and ADEGI, consulting for companies like Corona Universal Sarl and Conect@ Bidasoa, and collaborating with Greenpeace Spain. He has also served as an ambassador for Bleissure Innovations and an investment broker for American Radio Empire Ltd and Riot Cinema Collective. Additionally, Ion is one of the founding fathers of the National Association 45PlusExperience, dedicated to improving job opportunities for individuals over 45.

As a published author, Ion has contributed to the field with works like “The Austrian Firm: The Entrepreneur, engine of change in a non-linear background” and “Precision Price Action for retail traders.” His extensive experience in the financial sector includes roles such as Senior Business Development Manager for the Spanish Desk, where he excelled in market research, business negotiation, and managing affiliate marketing strategies. Ion is now added to the list of distinguished fellows in CLSOR and we look forward to his efforts in research and writing for the center.
