Project-Mitigating the Three Zombie Practices Through Serotinous Leadership: A Modified Delphi

Abstract

Purpose: This study explores the reasons why zombie practices exist in leaders and organizations and counters them through serotinous leadership. The three zombie practices include principled habituation practices, bounded fear-failure aversion tendencies, and self-referential ego valuations.
